Overview
Konnect Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. We offer flexible scheduling with part-time (minimum 3 days/week) or full-time options. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA CCCs.
Active NJ License from the Division of Consumer Affairs.
Experience with the 0–3 population and/or children with ASD strongly preferred.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Commitment to ongoing professional development within speech-language pathology. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives by supporting their communication development during critical early years. What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy to pediatric clients using best-practice approaches.
Collaborate closely with families to support carryover and communication success.
Educate parents and caregivers on strategies that enhance daily communication.
Maintain thorough documentation and update treatment plans as needed.
Work as part of a supportive team.
